What do I need to do to achieve my Compact goals?

You achieve your goals by working to "Hull Compact guide for students and tutors". If you have not been given a guide, ask your tutor for one today!

Remember

To achieve the course completion goal you must complete 90% of the work - that's?five subjects out of?six, six out of seven, etc.

Work experience must be satisfactorily completed.

Develop your skills in English, maths and science so that you can read, write, listen, count and do arithmetic, which you will need at work and in everyday life.

Core skills include communication, information technology, personal skills, (working with others and developing a positive attitude).

What happens when I achieve my Compact goals?

 

You qualify to be considered for a Compact Achievement Award up to £300 to spend as you wish.

You will receive a "Compact Graduate Certificate of Employability" which will help you?get a job with training or study at college and higher education.

- you must attend school and be punctual at least 95% of the time for a minimum of three terms, one of which must be in year 11. Why not aim for 100% from the start of year 10?
